Is your BMI greater than 30 or less than 25?

Do you have type I or type II Diabetes?

Do you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN* syndrome?

Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?

Do you have a personal or family history of pancreatitis or other pancreatic disease?

Are you under the age of 18 or over the age of 65?

If you answered YES to any of the questions above, and/or your BMI is below 25 or above 30, you are not eligible for The Artisan Body program at Artisan Aesthetics. Multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) is a rare genetic condition characterized by multiple tumors and/or cancer that affect specific endocrine system glands and tissues. If your BMI is over 30, talk to your Primary Care Provider. the medications could be covered by your insurance. If you are over the age of 65, you must meet additional criteria to be eligible.
